Mr. Kingma has over 22 years of experience in sales and marketing which includes 17 years experience dealing exclusively with commercial and industrial properties. This focus and experience allows Mr. Kingma to provide his clients with the most up to date information regarding changing market conditions and property availability that affect their real estate investments and decisions.
Stu Kingma's primary real estate focus is on Industrial properties in a 5 county area on Michigan's West Coast. These counties are Kent, Ottawa, Muskegon, Allegan, and Montcalm. Kent County is home to the second largest city in Michigan, Grand Rapids. Included within this scope of responsibilities are the sales, leasing, and land development for both property owners and tenants. A portion of Mr. Kingma's responsibilities include the leasing of portions of the area's largest industrial portfolio, an assignment which he has had for over 10 years. Other areas of responsibility include the real property disposition work for 5 local and national banks. Mr. Kingma also serves in the capacity of Board Member for the Michigan Association of Realtors as one of 2, designated commercial members. |
