The Position - President

The president plans, directs, and leads the company while assuring that all services are provided in a high quality cost effective manner that is consistent with the company’s values and mission. The president directs the company’s planning, financial, operations, and marketing functions. Promoting the company’s presence and brand through active participation in the West Michigan community is important. The president directs and leads the efforts to continually develop and strengthen the company’s culture that is based upon collaboration, team, and mutual respect. Implementing growth strategies and recruiting new agents who match our culture and high standards are important tasks of the president. The president directly manages the company’s sales agents.

Requirements

Prior management experience is required. Must have ability to understand and use balance sheet and income statement information. Must have some experience in the commercial real estate industry, and must either possess an associate broker license or have the experience to obtain one within six months. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is a minimal requirement.
