Background & Experience
Nikki started her Real Estate career in 2014 where she assisted residential clients with the buying and selling of existing properties, new construction, and vacant land. She started to transition into property management in 2018, when she began working for Trinity Health managing commercial/medical ambulatory buildings and leases. During that role, she maintained their regional portfolio management database of 250+ leases, including processing of over $1.5 million in monthly rents. Additionally, Nikki is the owner and property manager of White Haven Properties where has provided residential property management services to clients owning both long-term and short-term rental properties. She was also an owner and realtor at MI Mitten Realty Team where she advised clients on the current market and efficient strategies to effectively guide them through the process of buying and/or selling. Her broad range of experience has given her a wealth of knowledge in the field which she is able to use to best serve the clients of NAI.
