Throughout his career, Tony has specialized in the sale of infill multifamily development sites and covered land parcels in the Denver metro area. Tony’s expertise representing owners and developers in the transaction of land parcels for new multifamily developments has added significant value to his clients through his extensive knowledge of land-use regulations allowing him to envision and sell the highest viable use for the property for the highest possible value. Tony also has unique experience with solving complex financial and development problems that arise in deals through creative capital structuring, site planning, and entitlements efforts. He has a particular passion for urban development, architecture, and city building with several years spent assisting YIMBY Denver in the advocation and advancement of bills to increase density and affordability in Denver. In his free time, you will likely find him out on a road trip exploring ghost towns, hiking and camping, and/or out in the Plains chasing tornadoes.
