Growth in 2025
2025 was a year of disciplined growth.
The team took on more than one million square feet of new managed properties, expanded both the service area and scope of management responsibilities, and added a highly skilled maintenance technician to support that growth.
All of this happened while maintaining the service consistency clients expect.
Where Value was Created
With that growth came a responsibility to listen more closely. 2025 was also a year of asking better questions and acting on the answers. We treated feedback as a gift, using it to sharpen service alignment, expand preventative inspections, standardize vacant unit checks, and reduce risk during transitions.
One example highlights the value of this approach.
During a routine vacant unit inspection, Senior Maintenance Technician Bill discovered a space sitting at 37 degrees, with subfreezing temperatures forecasted overnight. Corrective action was taken immediately, preventing what could have been a costly freeze event for the property owner.
Moments like this rarely appear as line items in a report, yet they represent the kind of proactive management that protects assets and reduces risk.
