Eli brings more than a decade of experience working directly with C-suite leaders, business owners, and decision makers across logistics, manufacturing, and technology-driven sales environments. His background strengthens our ability to deliver thoughtful, client-focused commercial real estate solutions throughout West Michigan.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Eli worked in consultative sales and leadership roles where long-term relationships mattered more than quick wins. In his most recent role with West Michigan International Trucking, he partnered with dealership clients across the region, managing complex accounts and helping generate more than $4 million in annual revenue through steady, relationship-driven growth.
Earlier in his career, Eli served as a Sales Manager supporting national clients and ownership groups with large-scale capital equipment solutions. These experiences shaped his practical, business-minded approach and reinforced the importance of trust, follow-through, and clear communication.
EXPERIENCE, PROFESSIONAL FOCUS, AND COMMUNITY CONNECTION
Throughout his career, Eli has developed strengths in strategic planning, forecasting, and presenting large-scale proposals to ownership groups and executive leadership teams. His disciplined follow-through, collaborative mindset, and ability to listen first allow him to uncover the business drivers behind every transaction.
Eli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a focus in Accounting from Hope College in Holland, Michigan, and completed additional Business Management studies through the Philadelphia Center. He is also a member of the Commercial Alliance of Realtors (CAR).
Outside of work, Eli is actively involved in the community as a Peace Church member. He values time spent building relationships, whether with clients, colleagues, or within the West Michigan community he is proud to call home.
