NAI Wisinski of West Michigan is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicole Swart as Director of Property Management. With 20 years of leadership experience in operations, property management, and strategic growth, Nicole brings expertise that will strengthen NAI Wisinski’s property management services across West Michigan.

Since joining NAI Wisinski in January 2025, Nicole has drawn on her deep background in managing large-scale residential portfolios, overseeing budgeting, compliance, and long-term strategy. She has a proven track record of implementing innovative pricing models, improving operational efficiencies, and fostering strong partnerships to ensure properties thrive financially and culturally.
Her deep understanding of risk management, contract negotiation, and resident engagement ensures that our Property Management portfolio—boasting 700 tenants and nearly 5 million square feet—will continue to thrive and grow. We’re confident in the positive impact she’ll make on our team’s success.
EDUCATION, COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT, AND PERSONAL PASSIONS
Nicole holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Social Work from Grand Valley State University. She is also Fair Housing Certified through the Fair Housing Center of West Michigan. Outside of her professional work, Nicole is deeply engaged in the community, serving as Advisory Board Member for SpartanNash YMCA, Vice President of the Grandville Education Foundation Board of Trustees, Board Member for Home Repair Services, Co-Chair of the West Michigan Dementia Network, and a dedicated AYSO Soccer coach and volunteer.
When she’s not focused on property management, Nicole enjoys riding with her bike club, scouring the shores of Lake Michigan for native stones and fossils, and supporting local nonprofit organizations.
