Background & Experience
Michelle has over a decade of property management experience. Her expertise derives from a wide range of work that began in 2008 in Phoenix Arizona where she managed master planned communities. Michelle then went on to manage high-rises, walk ups, and co-ops in downtown Chicago. She has accumulated extensive experience working on capital improvement projects such as elevator modernization, roof replacement, tuckpointing and masonry repairs, balcony rebuilds, large HVAC equipment replacement, boiler replacement, and more.
Michelle possesses extensive experience in managing government leases and has successfully collaborated with the General Services Administration (GSA) to oversee multiple federal leases and execute large-scale buildouts for federal tenants. Her expertise encompasses navigating complex regulatory requirements, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. This background has equipped her with a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in government leasing processes and project management, enabling her to deliver exceptional results for federal clients.
Michelle has also managed onsite teams, including building engineers, maintenance staff, administrative personnel, management teams, security teams, and door staff. She offers a wealth of knowledge in property management that benefits the NAI Wisinski team significantly.
Michelle enjoys working at NAI Wisinski for a variety of different reasons beginning with the collaborative and talented team she works with. She and her team have a has a passion for property management and are committed to the people they serve.
Outside of her professional life, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family traveling and exploring all of what Michigan has to offer. Her goal is to show her children the World.

What is a Certified Property Manager (CPM)?
Receiving the (CPM) Designation is the equivalent to receiving a Masters Degree in property management. The following is a highlight of the requirements.
- Education – through IREM courses or other organizations
- Experience – minimum of 36 months of qualifying real estate management experience.
- Ethics – promise to uphold the IREM Code of Professional Ethics and pass the IREM ethics course.
- Examination – show competency in all aspects of real estate management by passing a certification exam. Demonstrate the application of all that has been learned on the job and in the classroom through a written management plan.
