Bailey brings more than 17 years of combined residential and commercial real estate experience, with a strong focus on sales, leasing and buyer/tenant representation across office, industrial, retail and land assets. She joined NAI Wisinski of West Michigan in 2014, initially serving as a Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Associate for the Kalamazoo office. In that role, Bailey supported brokerage operations while developing expertise in transaction management, contract administration, and marketing strategy.
Over time, her role evolved into a client-facing brokerage position, where she actively represents buyers, tenants, landlords, and sellers throughout the acquisition, disposition, and leasing process. Bailey is a licensed real estate salesperson, which has given her an administrative edge, and has yielded higher levels of productivity.
Prior to working at Bradley Company, Bailey worked for Prudential Preferred Realtors (now known as Berkshire Hathaway Home Services) for four years where she oversaw administrative support to management and corporate staff. She also assisted with new sales associate onboarding and training, marketing materials development, and special event coordination. Before Prudential, Bailey spent time as a settlement services professional at Metropolitan Title Company.
Outside of work, Bailey enjoys spending time with her friends and family, running with her beloved Australian Shepherd, Georgia, gardening, thrifting and antique shopping.
