Chandler Kennell is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor in NAI Wisinski of West Michigan’s Grand Rapids office.
He specializes in retail real estate, providing sales, leasing, tenant representation, and site selection services to property owners, developers, investors, and growing retail brands throughout Michigan and the Midwest.
With over 10 years of commercial real estate experience, including eight years on the ownership, investment, and development side of the business, Chandler draws on his unique experience to serve his clients. While serving as head of acquisitions for Thomas Park Holdings (Annapolis, MD), he oversaw more than $230 million of commercial real estate acquisitions across the United States. Prior to Thomas Park Holdings, Chandler held acquisitions, asset management, and finance roles with Cushman & Wakefield (Baltimore, MD) and Realterm (Annapolis, MD).
At NAI, Chandler focuses on helping high-growth retailers expand their footprints through site selection and acquisition services, while also representing developers and property owners in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of retail properties. Retailers and brands he has represented or worked alongside include Dollar Tree, Jersey Mike’s, Jet’s Pizza, Huntington Bank, and Johnny’s Markets. Chandler has experience owning, leasing, and managing retail, office, medical office, industrial, and mixed-use assets.
Chandler earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
Chandler, his wife Maria, and their daughter reside in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
