Laurie Forte joined NAI in August 2026, bringing extensive experience in property management, business leadership, and client service. After a 15-year period living in Arizona and Colorado, where she worked as a residential property manager, Laurie returned to Grand Rapids with a strong understanding of both property operations and relationship-based service.
Laurie maintains her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) credential, a professional certification administered by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). This credential reflects her commitment to professional standards, ethical management practices, and ongoing development in community association management.
She believes that the more deeply she understands each owner and property, the more effective she can be in delivering the highest level of customer service. Laurie is known for building strong client relationships, listening carefully, and creating practical solutions that support both property goals and owner expectations.
Before her return to Grand Rapids, Laurie served as Chief Operating Officer of the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce. Earlier in her career, she was an owner of Productivity Point Computer Training, where she gained valuable experience in business operations, training, leadership, and client engagement.
Her deep business background, combined with her extensive experience supporting clients at all levels, makes her role as a Property Manager at NAI a natural fit. Laurie brings professionalism, responsiveness, and a service-focused approach to every relationship she manages.
