Marketing and Support Specialist
Background & Experience
Lily joined NAI Wisinski of West Michigan in September 2025 as the Marketing and Support Specialist in the Kalamazoo office. She brings with her a strong background in social media management, event planning, digital marketing, and client communications, having previously served in roles across healthcare, retail, hospitality, and entrepreneurship.
In April 2024, Lily graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Public Relations and a minor in Biology. She also earned a Certificate in Project Management from GVSU and continues to pursue professional development in project management and software tools.
Lily is a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who thrives in creative and people-focused environments. She is passionate about using her marketing skills to connect with the West Michigan community, support local businesses, and contribute to the success of the NAI team.
Outside of work, Lily volunteers with Wishbone Pet Rescue’s Trap-Neuter-Return program and previously served as President of Alternative Breaks at GVSU, where she coordinated service trips and oversaw 150+ members in local and national volunteer initiatives. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, staying active through fitness and climbing, and exploring West Michigan.
