SAME CHARM, MORE SPACE: PINK LEMONADE EXPANDS IN GASLIGHT VILLAGE

The team at Pink Lemonade, the West Michigan boutique known for its carefully curated selection of gifts for “all things Children, Home, and Her”, is excited to announce their relocation to a larger 2,744-square-foot storefront on Wealthy Street in Gaslight Village. The move allows for an improved shopping experience while keeping the store in the heart of the community it has served since 2015.

A GROWING BRAND ROOTED IN COMMUNITY

Founded by mother-daughter duo Paula Hall and Jill Zagar, Pink Lemonade has grown from its original East Grand Rapids location to include shops in Kalamazoo (2017), Grand Haven (2018), and Saint Joseph (2023). The boutique has always been a one-stop shop for fun, thoughtful gifts for all ages, and this new space will allow for an even better experience.

WHY THE MOVE?

Recognizing that they had outgrown their original Bagley Street location, the Pink Lemonade team knew a change was necessary. Staying in Gaslight Village was a top priority, and when the opportunity arose to move to a prime spot on Wealthy Street, it was the perfect fit. The new location offers increased visibility, a more spacious layout, and a prime spot for foot traffic, making it easier than ever for customers to stop in and browse.

A COMMUNITY-CENTERED COLLABORATION

The lease transaction was facilitated by Bill Tyson of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan: “The landlord and I are excited to welcome Pink Lemonade to this one-of-a-kind space,” said Tyson. “At NAI, we’re always thrilled to see West Michigan businesses grow in communities where they feel at home. It’s especially meaningful to celebrate small businesses that locals know and love – they’re truly the heart of our neighborhoods.”

WHAT’S NEXT FOR PINK LEMONADE?

The expanded location means more than just square footage—it opens the door to hosting more in-store events and experiences. Customers can expect an even more engaging, joyful atmosphere moving forward.

“Our goal has always been to bring a little joy to everyone who walks through our doors, whether they’re shopping or just stopping by,” added Jill. “We’re so excited for this new chapter and can’t wait to welcome everyone to our new home on Wealthy Street.”
