NAI Wisinski of West Michigan is pleased to welcome Laurie Forte, CMCA, to our Property Management team. Laurie joined NAI in August 2026 as a Property Manager, bringing experience in property management, business leadership, and client service.
Laurie returns to Grand Rapids after spending 15 years in Arizona and Colorado, where she worked in residential property management. Her experience managing properties and working closely with owners has given her a strong understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities that come with protecting and maintaining real estate assets.
Laurie believes that understanding each owner and property is key to providing effective service. She takes the time to listen, build strong relationships, and find practical solutions that support both property goals and owner expectations.
In addition to her property management experience, Laurie brings an extensive background in business operations and leadership.
Prior to her time out West, Laurie served as Chief Operating Officer of the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce. Earlier in her career, she was an owner of Productivity Point Computer Training, where she gained experience in business operations, training, leadership, and client engagement.
Laurie also maintains her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) credential, a professional certification that reflects her commitment to professional standards, ethical management practices, and continued development in property management.
Laurie’s combination of property management experience, business leadership, and knowledge of the Grand Rapids business community makes her a great addition to NAI Wisinski of West Michigan.
