Background & Experience
Chad began his real estate career in 1988 and is considered a top authority on industrial properties in the Grand Rapids area. This authority is strengthened with his experience as the industrial reporter for SIOR in West Michigan. In 1997, Chad joined Grand Real Estate as a Partner. Through mergers, the company has become NAI Wisinski of West Michigan, where he now specializes in the purchase, sale and lease of industrial properties, and assists clients in analyzing build to suit options and investment opportunities.
Chad enjoys working in commercial real estate because works with business owners as they grow, which often leads to lasting friendships. He believes that in order to be successful in the world of commercial real estate long-term, one needs to work with absolute honesty, integrity, and pay attention to details. Chad is one of only 3% of Commercial Realtors to be a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Strict volume requirements, years in the business, and high ethical standards are required to be an SIOR.
Outside of work, Chad enjoys traveling and most any outdoor activity: hiking, biking, sailing.
