He has a deep understanding of the importance of going the extra mile for clients. Joshua firmly believes that exceptional service is what sets a good Broker apart from a great Broker, and he always strives to exceed the clients’ expectations in every way possible. There is not a project too big or a particular requirement too narrow.

Joshua’s approach to client service is based on the value of the client relationship. By truly listening to a clients’ needs and concerns, Joshua is able to tailor services to meet their specific goals and come up with creative solutions to achieve all their objectives.

Over the years Joshua has developed a unique ability to see the future potential in a piece of development land. This is an essential skill when it comes to identifying lucrative investment opportunities for clients that may not be obvious to others. This includes discovering properties that have been overlooked or undervalued, or that may require creative thinking to unlock their full potential.

Outside of real estate, Joshua spends his time with his family and taking care of the family farm & orchard. It has been one of his most rewarding and fulfilling experiences. ‘Being outside, breathing in the fresh air, and working with your hands can be incredibly grounding and rejuvenating after hours of phone calls, emails and screen time.’
